The blades are standardized and made of wear-resistant steel with a hardened working area, which prevents blade breakage and significantly extends service life without the need for sharpening the cutting edge. Designed for shredding crop residues after sunflower, soybean, and rapeseed, as well as for mulching the field surface. Shredding plant residues and soil mulching reduces moisture evaporation, regulates the temperature of the topsoil layer, suppresses weed growth, protects against wind erosion, and enriches the soil with organic matter. Rollers of the “M” modification are equipped with maintenance-free housed bearings from FKL with reinforced housing. The bearing units used require no maintenance, are designed to operate in extremely aggressive and contaminated environments, and are fitted with unique sealing systems that extend the service life of the bearing units.
